Success Mantras:
“The mantra that has held me in good stead throughout my career is Pursuit of Excellence and Humility in Leadership. I attribute a large part of my success to my focus on ensuring that whichever position or role I was in, I maintained focused on my goals and ensured my teams did too. Aspiring to excel provides you with a sharp edge over your competitors and always ensures you stay two steps ahead. The position doesn’t matter; what and how you do it does. Nothing can be achieved without people. Leadership is never a one man show, it is mobilising and amalgamating multiple skill sets and talented individuals. I believe in staying rooted and humble. These values have held me together. And I believe a large part of the respect I have earned comes from being grounded and authentic.”
