Harshavardhan Neotia
Chairman, Ambuja Neotia Group
The Ambuja Neotia journey, under the stewardship of Harshavardhan Neotia, started nearly three decades ago with a simple mission – to make a difference to the way people live. Their first foray into hospitality and lifestyle ventures started with The Conclave in Kolkata – a destination where business and pleasure melt together in an atmosphere of grace. The brand has been extended through Club Verde at Kolkata, followed by Club Rio Vista at Raichak-on-Ganges and Montana Vista at Siliguri.
The Ffort at Raichak-on-Ganges, a luxury riverside resort with 61 tastefully appointed, river-facing rooms and extensive conferencing and banqueting facilities, was their first stride into hospitality.
The Ambuja Neotia Group, headquarted in Kolkata, operates across four business verticals: Real estate, hospitality, healthcare and education. Though real estate is where the Group’s heart lies, Neotia is expanding his hospitality business by exciting tie-ups with leading luxury brands.
Success Mantras:
“In the dynamic world of hospitality, success is a personal journey, akin to earning a Michelin star. It requires a unique recipe: Quality, and above all, consistency. It’s challenging to speak of success when our journey is ongoing; our accomplishments today merely serve as stepping stones for tomorrow.
“Passion is key — it ignites desire and turns dreams into reality, infusing joy into our work. Knowledge and research cultivate an intuitive mind, essential for success.
“Compassion, coupled with guidance, ensures organizational stability and longevity, vital for consistency and growth. Satisfaction becomes a measure of success when we live by these beliefs.”
“Additionally, in the realm of hospitality, location is pivotal, demanding tailored approaches based on settings. Developing talent through continuous training is today’s paramount challenge. Adapting to changing times, especially in tech and generational shifts, is imperative.
“These principles underpin our hospitality success and guide our path forward.”
