Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel announces a significant addition to their culinary team at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, a distinguished lifestyle luxury hotel that is an integral part of Marriott International. With an impressive culinary background and a flair for innovation, Chef Kalpesh is set to enrich the gastronomic offerings and elevate the overall dining experience.

He brings a wealth of culinary expertise and more than 14 years of invaluable experience in the realm of hospitality, and food and beverage operations. His remarkable leadership skills are matched by his ability to orchestrate complex dining experiences, develop exceptional menus, and lead a diverse team with precision.

In his role as Executive Chef, he will oversee the culinary operations of our esteemed hotel’s three unique dining outlets: R Kitchen, the multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant; Kuro – The Asian Bistro; and Mill & Co – Coffee House. Additionally, he will lend his culinary expertise to the banquet offerings, ensuring that every guest experiences the finest flavours and a memorable culinary journey.
