PRISM (parent of OYO) and Emversity have announced a strategic partnership to deliver an international hotel management training and placement program creating a direct pathway from Indian classrooms to global hospitality careers.

The integrated initiative combines structured training at Emversity centers across India with paid internships at PRISM properties in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom, forming a 24 month skilling to employment model.

Training and on the job experience

Under the collaboration, Emversity will conduct classroom and practical training in India, while PRISM will provide on the job learning at its Sunday and Palette brand properties in India followed by international placements across its overseas operations.

The first batch will begin in early 2026, with candidates undergoing six months of training in India and an eighteen month paid internship abroad.

Certification and academic mobility

Participants will receive a 40 credit Professional Diploma in Hotel Management aligned with the National Higher Education Qualification Framework from MSU along with NSDC certification. The credentials can be used toward future bachelor’s or master’s degrees at participating institutions, allowing both academic and career progression.
