Prior to joining Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru, Modekurthi was with leading hotel brands such as Four Points by Sheraton, Oakwood Worldwide, and Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Quddus began his culinary journey as a trainee with Hotel Leo Meredian in 2004.

Maini started his career two decades ago with The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel Mumbai while pursuing his diploma in Hotel Management.

In a career spanning 16 years, Chef Dotivala has worked with various brands, including ibis Navi Mumbai, ibis Mumbai Airport, Holiday Inn, Mumbai and The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai.

During his career, John has worked with several brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, JW Marriott and Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts across properties in India, Maldives, Toronto, Thailand, Azerbaijan and Cairo.
