Global Fusion, a flagship brand of the esteemed China Gate Group, has launched its fifth outlet in Chembur. Since the inauguration of its first outlet in Sakinaka in 2013, Global Fusion has expanded rapidly, with outlets in Worli, Bandra, Versova, and now Chembur.
Located in the Meraki Arena, the hotel boasts an elegant and contemporary design. Known for its lavish buffet spreads, Global Fusion offers a symphony of Asian flavours, featuring a vast selection of meticulously crafted dishes. With an impressive selection of over 80 authentic Asian dishes, diners are invited to indulge in exquisite offerings such as the recently launched Mock Duck Double Pepper Sauce, Unagi Nigiri, and Edamame Truffle Dumplings. Signature favourites include succulent sushi rolls, delectable dim sums, and an array of delightful seafood delicacies. Guests can elevate their experience with elegantly crafted drinks from the newly launched bar menu, featuring appealing house specials like the Sassy Senorita and the Arigato.
