Bharti Real Estate has announced that India’s first Time Out Market will open at 5 Worldmark in Aerocity, New Delhi. The launch marks the brand’s entry into the Indian market, adding a globally recognised food and culture destination to the country’s hospitality and retail landscape.
Time Out Market currently operates in cities including Lisbon, New York (Dumbo & Union Square), Boston, Chicago, Montreal, Dubai, Cape Town, Porto, Barcelona, Bahrain, and Osaka. The Delhi outpost is scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026.
Format and experience
Time Out Market Delhi will span approximately 24,500 square feet and feature:
- 11 kitchens
- 2 full-service bars
- A private events room
- A stage for live performances
- Seating for around 500 guests
The concept brings together top chefs, restaurants, bars, and cultural events under one roof. Curation is guided by craft, authenticity, and cultural relevance, showcasing award-winning chefs, established institutions, emerging talent, and local favourites. The platform offers restaurateurs an opportunity to participate in a globally recognised brand that celebrates the best of each city.
Integrated within Worldmark Aerocity
The market will be located in the new phase of the Worldmark development, which spans approximately 17 million square feet and is positioned as a global business district. The development includes destination retail, premium hotels, modern office spaces, and curated hospitality experiences.
Situated adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Worldmark Aerocity serves as a key gateway ecosystem, attracting international visitors, business travellers, and urban professionals. The lease transaction for Time Out Market Delhi was facilitated by India Sotheby’s International Realty.
