The Westin Gurugram, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa appointed Prem Pareek as the new Cluster Director of Finance. A distinguished Chartered Accountant with a career spanning over 15 years in financial management, Prem has held pivotal senior roles at prestigious organisations, including serving as Director of Finance (pan-India role) for ibis Hotels and as Financial Controller for the QSR giant Devyani International. He has also contributed to Marriott International during his tenure at the Renaissance Lucknow Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad. Most recently, he was the Director of Finance at The Leela Palace, New Delhi.
In his new capacity, Prem will oversee all financial operations, ensuring effective fiscal management and contributing to the overall strategic direction of The Westin Gurugram, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa. His leadership will be pivotal in optimising financial processes, enhancing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. Spearheading the hotel and resort’s business strategy, he will continue to evolve innovative finance structures and mentor the team towards continued success. He remains dedicated to optimising resource management, upholding stringent measures towards internal controls, and ensuring adherence and compliance with regulatory standards.Â
