Hosted as part of the hotel’s dinner buffet every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the festival is a feast of iconic dishes such as Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Tabbouleh, Falafel, Shawarma, Kebbeh, Grilled Meats, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Moussaka, Kibbeh, and an irresistible spread of Middle Eastern desserts including Baklava, Kunafa, Ma’amoul, and Atayef.
Interactive Dessert Workshops
Adding an extra layer of engagement to the experience, guests can also participate in live dessert-making workshops, where expert chefs guide them in crafting traditional Middle Eastern sweets, offering a deliciously interactive twist to the evening.
