Greenpark Hotels and Resorts Limited has announced the acquisition of Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR. This would be the group’s third hotel in Chennai and also the third hotel in association with Marriott Hotels.
Expansion of Room Portfolio
The acquisition would result in the addition of 116 keys to the existing portfolio of 1,283 rooms under management and award-winning F&B outlets like Mekong and Once Upon A Time, spanning eight hotels across five cities.
Upcoming Resort Launch
“We are slated to launch our 10th hotel, our first resort asset, by March 26,” said K. Mohankrishna, President, Greenpark Hotels and Resorts.
