The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) on 26th March 2025 at the Radisson Hotel, Candolim, Goa.
The training programme was attended by 39 hospitality professionals, equipping them with critical insights into food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and sustainable waste management strategies to elevate operational standards across the sector.
Inaugural Session
