HRAWI and FDA join hands for safer dining

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), conducted FSSAI’s Food Safety Supervisor Training in Basic Catering on 21st February 2025 at Mama Kane Hall in Dadar.

The session was attended by 59 members of The Hotel and Restaurant Association. Participants gained insights to strengthen food safety measures within their establishments, and reinforce best industry practices.
