Ramee Group of Hotels has announced the appointment of Dhananjay Vishwakarma as the General Manager of Ramee Guestline Hotel, Dadar.
Professional background
Vishwakarma brings over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, front office management, and revenue optimisation. His appointment reflects the Group’s continued focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Role and responsibilities
In his new role, Vishwakarma will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability, enhancing guest experiences, ensuring adherence to brand standards, providing effective people leadership, fostering a positive work culture, and overseeing asset protection for the property.
Industry experience
With a strong background in front office operations and overall hotel management, Vishwakarma has consistently contributed to service improvement and operational efficiency. He has worked with Sarovar Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. (LHG) Mumbai, Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) Mumbai, Lemon Tree Hotels Mumbai, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Mumbai. Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at Residency Sarovar Portico, Mumbai, where he led operations for six years.
Education and interests
Vishwakarma holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai. Outside work, he is a sports enthusiast and actively promotes health and fitness, reflecting a disciplined leadership approach.
