Across cities this February, Valentine’s Day is no longer being treated as a single evening built around candlelight dinners. Hotels, cafés and restaurants are shaping the occasion into a wider set of experiences; some quiet and intimate, others social and playful; spanning rooftop meals, themed menus, dessert pop-ups, brunches and short getaways.
Together, they reflect a shift in how people celebrate: less about one fixed idea of romance, and more about choosing the mood, setting and company that feels right.
