Sheetal Aggarwal helms finance for Hilton Bengaluru

Strengthening financial leadership across three Hilton properties in the city.

Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore have announced the appointment of Sheetal Aggarwal as Cluster Director of Finance. The appointment further strengthens the leadership team, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence across the cluster.

A career spanning multiple sectors

Sheetal brings over 23 years of experience across hospitality, e-commerce, banking, and financial consulting. She is recognised for her ability to drive finance transformation, strengthen governance frameworks, and optimise performance. In her new role, she will oversee the entire finance operations of the Hilton Bengaluru cluster, working closely with respective leadership teams.

Strong academic grounding and hospitality pedigree

A Chartered Accountant with a PGDBA in Finance, Sheetal has held senior finance leadership roles with leading hospitality brands including Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, and EIH Limited – The Oberoi Group.

Her professional achievements include leading large-scale ERP implementations, strengthening internal controls, managing complex audit processes, and building high-performing finance teams.

Experience beyond hospitality

Prior to joining Hilton, Sheetal served as Financial Controller at EIH Limited – The Oberoi, New Delhi, where she led finance strategy, compliance, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. She has also played key roles at Amazon Development Centre India, managing finance operations and transformation initiatives across emerging markets portfolios.

Driving financial strategy and operational efficiency

At Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Sheetal will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, risk management, compliance, and process optimisation. She will support business leaders with data-driven insights aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while reinforcing guest-centric outcomes across the cluster.
