His career spans leadership roles with Compass Group India, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, Radisson Hotels, Mercure Hotels, Marriott International, The Lalit Hotels & Resorts, The Deltin Hotel & Casino, and P&O Cruises, where he honed his expertise in high-volume kitchen operations, menu development, and cost optimization.
Chef Krishnendu’s journey also includes working alongside celebrated chefs Marco Pierre White and Atul Kochhar during his tenure with P&O Cruises in the UK—an experience that deepened his flair for global flavors and refined techniques.
