Orchid Hotel Mumbai hosts an educational visit

The students gained a comprehensive view and understanding of the hotel's infrastructure

The Orchid Hotel Mumbai hosted an educational visit for around 65 students from Aditya College of Architecture, Mumbai. This visit provided a unique opportunity for aspiring architects to gain firsthand insight into the intricacies of hotel design and operations.

During the visit, students explored various facets of the hotel, including the back areas, AC units, and water units, to deepen their understanding of the practical aspects of architecture and engineering in a hotel setting. The tour offered a comprehensive view of the hotel’s infrastructure and operational efficiency.

The Orchid Hotel extended warm hospitality by providing delicious refreshments to the visiting students, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.

In addition to the tour, a presentation was shown, enhancing the students’ learning experience. Furthermore, Dr Vithal Venkatesh Kamat addressed the students, sharing valuable insights into hotel construction and encouraging an interactive Q&A session. His engagement with the students was inspiring and offered them a glimpse into the real-world applications of their studies.
