ITC Hotels announced the Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025.
Early this year, the hotels business of ITC Ltd was demerged into ITC Hotels Ltd. The equity shares of the company were successfully listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India Limited and BSE Limited on 29th January 2025.
The figures for the comparative period ended 31st March 2024 have been restated as if the Scheme of Arrangement had occurred from the date of incorporation of the company, i.e., 28th July 2023, in accordance with the accounting treatment specified in the Scheme. Accordingly, the figures for the period ended 31st March 2024 and year ended 31st March 2025 include the results of the company and the demerged undertaking transferred under the Scheme.
Key brand milestones
- ITC Hotels became the first Indian hotel chain to receive the prestigious USGBC Leadership Award for Organizational Excellence 2024.
- It holds the largest number of LEED Platinum certifications globally, with 23 hotels recognised; 12 hotels are LEED® Zero Carbon certified (first 12 in the world), and 8 are LEED® Zero Water certified (first 8 in the world).
- ITC Hotels has surpassed the 2030 sectoral emission targets for four consecutive years and maintained 2050-level emission targets in line with COP 21 for 12 of its hotels.

Key performance achievements:
- Room revenues continued strong growth across retail, contracted, weddings, and crew segments. ADRs stood at approx. ₹12,500 with 73% occupancy, supported by smart revenue management.
- F&B revenues witnessed robust growth, driven by innovative culinary offerings, outlet refreshes, and stellar event catering in weddings and institutional segments.
- EBITDA margin expanded to 36%, fuelled by higher RevPARs, growth in F&B, increased management fees, cost interventions, and operating leverage.
- Under the ‘asset-right’ strategy, most recent room additions were via management and franchising contracts, reducing capital intensity and expanding the brand to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- ITC Hotels maintains a robust pipeline of 50 hotels with 4,500+ keys and aims for 220 hotels with over 20,000 keys by 2030.
New developments and global expansion
- Investment continues in owned hotel developments. Projects include a greenfield site in Puri, a new block at Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar, and a greenfield development in Visakhapatnam.
- ITC Hotels launched its first international property, ITC Ratnadipa, in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in April 2024. This luxury hotel became EBITDA-positive from Q3 FY25, making a strong start in the global market.
Leveraging digital and delivering Q4 highs
- Digital initiatives like the ITC Hotels App continue to drive guest experience, revenue, and operational efficiency through room/table reservations, food delivery, loyalty rewards, automation, and more.
- Q4 FY25 was the company’s best-ever quarter:
- Revenue from operations grew by 13%
- Room revenues increased by 16%, with ADRs around ₹15,000 (14% YoY growth) and occupancy at 79%, leading to RevPAR growth of 17%
- F&B revenues rose by 12%, driven by events and strong outlet performance
- EBITDA margins stood at 40%, expanding by 350 bps over last year
