From managing iconic properties in the Maldives and Canada to leading projects in China and the UAE, his influence has touched the world’s most prestigious destinations.

As Group President of Hospitality & Real Estate at KOHLER Co., Hulugalle spearheaded cutting-edge developments and growth strategies. At Auberge Resorts Collection, he led the repositioning of a $210 million project, while his 24 years with Four Seasons saw him deliver award-winning excellence across the globe.

A homecoming with heart

Though semi-retired, Hulugalle’s return to Sri Lanka is one of intention and passion. “This is not just a role,” he says. “It’s a way of giving back to the country that raised me with its gracious hospitality, boundless warmth, and vibrant soul.”
