The special culinary series will feature different cuisines every Sunday throughout the month of August

The Creek at The Den Bengaluru, renowned for its innovative cuisine and serene ambience, introduces a special culinary series, Micro Cuisines of the World, this August.

Rampuri Khana

Experience Rampuri Khana, the regal cuisine of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Created by blending Awadhi and Afghani influences, this brunch features signature dishes like Mirch ka Halwa, Murgh Changezi, and Tar Qorma, crafted by the royal Khansamas. Enjoy a rich feast with flavours steeped in history.

Goan/Konkani Food

The series concludes the last Sunday of August with a vibrant Goan and Konkani feast, highlighting the coastal region’s blend of Portuguese and local Hindu cultural influences. Enjoy diverse dishes, including Vindaloo, Varan, Tondak, Ambott Tik, Balchao, Cafreal, and Sorpotel, featuring traditional recipes from Hindu Saraswat and Goan Catholic kitchens. This brunch promises a mouthwatering experience with a stunning array of seafood and red meats.
