Former Indian men’s cricket player Suresh Raina announced his new culinary venture, an Indian restaurant in Netherland’s capital Amsterdam. He took the microblogging site Twitter to announce the new restaurant, “I am ecstatic to introduce Raina Indian Restaurant in Amsterdam, where my passion for food and cooking takes centre stage!”
“Over the years, you’ve seen my love for food and witnessed my culinary adventures, and now, I am on a mission to bring the most authentic and genuine flavours from different parts of India straight to Europe’s heart,” Raina said.

“Join me on this extraordinary gastronomic journey as we embark on a flavoursome adventure together,” Raina added. Raina’s relationship with the Netherlands’ capital city is not new. He was a regular visitor to the city when his wife Priyanka worked in a bank in Amsterdam.
Raina Indian Restaurant in Amsterdam is open for lunch and dinner, with a takeaway section for convenient on-the-go meals and a fine dining section for an elevated dining experience.
