Vietnam’s VietJet opens exciting travel opportunities for Indians

Launches direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Brisbane, making it easier for Indians to travel from Mumbai, Ahmedabad and New Delhi to Australia via Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam’s leading new-age carrier, VietJet has announced direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Brisbane, making it the first-ever carrier to fly directly between Vietnam and Queensland. With the airline’s convenient connecting connections, the new route can make it easier for Indians to travel from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and New Delhi to Australia via Ho Chi Minh City.

Offering eight weekly return flights to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, the airline has expanded its flight services from Vietnam to the east coast of Australia. Additionally, starting from September, the frequency of flights between Sydney and Melbourne will be increased.

The airline will operate two flights per week to Brisbane on its A330s aircraft.
Vietjet’s Chief Operating Officer Michael Hickey said, “Vietjet’s direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Brisbane will ease the travel between the two localities, countries and across the region. Our crew and leaders warmly welcome our passengers on a comfortable, joyful journey with Vietjet.”
