Inspired from the royal and vintage decadence of the colonial era, The Sahib Room and Kipling Bar at The St. Regis Mumbai is delighted to present a menu celebrating ancestral recipes from the kitchens of India, available until 19th June 2022.

Silbatte Ke Kebab.

Indian Masterchef Chef Taj along with his team has curated this limited edition menu showcasing signature dishes from the colonial era. Witness his style of innovation and presentation blended to perfection as you indulge in traditional recipes, hidden gems, and all-time favorite classics from the era gone by.

Attari Chicken Curry.

The menu will features dishes such as Mangodi ke Shamanic (Mash mangoda flavor with Indian spice and pan seared) Silbatte ke kebab (Mutton mince marinated with hand graded seared in pan), Paneer Shahjanani Tikka( Cottage Cheese marinated with Shahjanani masala) amongst others. Mains include Qorma Gucchi Singhada (Morel Mushroom cooked with cashew gravy & water chestnuts), Attari Chicken Curry (Chicken cooked in Awadhi spices), and Langar Ki Dal (Traditional homemade slow-cooked lentils) and so on.
