Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, while Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
