United Hospitality Management (UHM) has signed a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts for Garner Bhiwadi. This development is a key component of UHM’s ambitious expansion strategy in India, following its recent acquisition of the boutique brand Rosastays.

United Hospitality Management – India will manage the 45-key hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2027. The property, to be developed by Modest Structures Private Limited, will feature modern rooms designed for both short and extended stays, providing high-quality hospitality at an accessible price point. This signing marks the fourth Garner brand property in India, a midscale conversion brand that prioritises comfort and meaningful experiences.
