UHM acquires Rosastays: Deepika Arora takes over as MD

Deepika Arora to lead India operations as UHM expands with 17 properties and a 700-key development pipeline.

United Hospitality Management (UHM) has officially entered the Indian market with the acquisition of Rosastays. This move marks a major milestone in UHM’s global expansion and establishes a strong on-ground presence with 17 operational boutique properties across Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, Pushkar, Shimla and other key leisure destinations. Select Rosastays assets will be rebranded under the UHM umbrella between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.

With a development pipeline of over 700 keys — including projects with IHG Hotels & Resorts under the Garner brand — UHM’s entry reinforces its long-term commitment to South Asia’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector.
