Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR announces the appointment of Chef Sandeep Saini as Executive Chef. In his new role, Chef Sandeep will spearhead culinary strategy and operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and large-format banquets—overseeing menu innovation, ingredient sourcing, kitchen standards, training, and guest experiences.
A Career Spanning Two Decades of Culinary Excellence
Chef Sandeep brings 20+ years of experience with India’s most respected hospitality brands. He began his culinary journey with The Oberoi Hotels as a Commis, and has since worked with IHG, The Claridges, and Starwood/Marriott—consistently demonstrating culinary excellence, leadership, and a passion for thoughtful, guest-centric dining. Prior to joining Le Méridien Gurgaon, he led kitchens at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon.
