A seasoned culinary professional and an ITC Hotels veteran, Chef Kapoor brings over 17 years of extensive experience, including a distinguished tenure at ITC Grand Chola. His journey with the brand comes full circle, having begun his career at ITC Gardenia as a young chef, where he steadily progressed through the ranks through perseverance, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.
Experience and Expertise
Prior to this appointment, Chef Kapoor was heading the MICE culinary operations at ITC Grand Chola, where he led large-scale banquet and event dining. His experience across varied culinary formats has shaped a distinctive style that seamlessly integrates classical culinary principles with contemporary creativity.
