His leadership roles at prestigious hotels like Grand Hyatt, Fairmont Jaipur, Raffles Udaipur, and Conrad Bangalore have greatly enhanced his ability to innovate dining experiences and manage global teams. Now rejoining Fairmont as Director of Culinary, Prasad expresses his excitement:
