Born and raised in Mumbai, Chef Ashley’s extensive career has taken him to renowned international hotels, including JW Marriott Juhu, Conrad Pune, Hilton Goa Resort, Radisson Blu Nashik, and most recently Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield.
With a deep love for contemporary international cuisine, Chef Ashley’s dedication to delivering exceptional guest and colleague experiences aligns perfectly with Hyatt’s culinary excellence and innovation values. His leadership promises to introduce an exciting new chapter in the hotel’s dining experience, with enhanced flavours, creative menus, and a commitment to elevating the restaurant offerings to new heights.
