Noel has been a key part of the hotel’s Food & Beverage team for the past two years as Manager, where his leadership played a vital role in redefining the dining landscape at the property. He now steps into the Director role, continuing his journey of culinary innovation and guest delight.

Under Noel’s guidance, Four Seasons has elevated offerings at the iconic rooftop bar AER and the all-day dining restaurant Opus. As he steps into his new role, he will continue to drive creative menu development, raise service benchmarks, and reinforce the hotel’s reputation as one of Mumbai’s top gastronomic destinations.
