The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre announces the appointment of Ramesh Kumawat as Manager – Engineering. With over 12 years of experience in some of India’s top hospitality brands, Ramesh brings a wealth of knowledge in hotel engineering and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
Proven track record in hospitality engineering
Ramesh has previously held impactful positions at Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara, Indana Palace Jodhpur, and multiple heritage properties under the Neemrana Group. Known for his ability to build strong, efficient teams, Ramesh has consistently maintained high standards in system performance, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
Expertise in engineering operations
Before joining The Aaureum Resort & Convention Centre, Ramesh served as Assistant Engineering Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Vadodara, where he oversaw key technical operations for the 120-room property. His extensive expertise spans HVAC systems, BMS operations, WTP/STP management, fire safety protocols, and all facets of MEP services, making him an essential addition to The Aaureum Resort & Convention Centre’s leadership team.
