DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer announces the appointment of Tapeswar Jana as the new Executive Chef, bringing a wealth of culinary expertise and leadership to the hotel. Chef Tapeswar joins the team through an internal transfer from DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Arpora, where he served as Executive Chef.
Chef Tapeswar has demonstrated his culinary prowess and leadership skills within Hilton Hotels & Resorts. He joined DoubleTree by Hilton Panaji Goa in January 2020 as Sous Chef before ascending to the role of Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Arapora.
Expressing his enthusiasm for his new role, Chef Tapeshwar commented, “I am thrilled to join DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer as the Executive Chef. It is an honour to be entrusted with this responsibility, and I am excited to bring my experience and creativity to elevate the culinary offerings at this property.”
Chef Tapeswar has garnered experience with hospitality brands including ITC Luxury Collections, IHG Hotel Group, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and The Raintree Hotels Chennai. In his new role, his primary focus will be on enhancing the culinary experience for guests and mentoring the team to foster their growth within the organization.
