Quattro Ristorante, Bengaluru reopens its doors with a brand new look

The newly revamped spaced is super Instagram-friendly with perfect lighting. The franchise specialises in Italian and Mexican cuisine. The culinary innovations on the menu are prepared keeping Jain sensibilities in mind.

Some of the noteworthy dishes include the Tacquitos (gluten-free taco cones filled with refried beans and topped with avocado ice cream), Cannelloni Florentina, Chimichanga, Black bean soup, Insalate Castano (A Mexican salad with water chestnuts and Horseradish) Cheese Fondue, Mexican sizzler with Cottage cheese, the Broccoli and Cheese soup, Enchiladas Pizzas and desserts include the traditional Tiramisu, Tres Leches and more.

“We take pride in our menu as we believe that it encompasses parts of Italy and Mexico, which by far is a tough fusion, but at Quattro, we are always open to experimentation and innovation,” says Pramod, Partner, Quattro Ristorante, Bengaluru.

Apart from their presence in Bengaluru, the franchise has outlets in Chennai, Mumbai and Dubai.
