Surya Narayana joins Hilton Chennai as executive chef

At Hilton Chennai chef Surya will focus on developing the skills and effectiveness of all kitchen employees through appropriate training, cross training, coaching and mentoring. He will continue to experiment with the freshest and finest local ingredients, creating new seasonal dishes and spend time researching and studying on healthy foods. Also, chef will focus on overall food and beverage success of the hotel and guest satisfaction scores, wastage control and high profitability without compromising on guest product.

Narayana brings over 18 years of culinary experience with him including extensive wealth of knowledge of cuisines such as Italian, French, Mediterranean, Spanish and Mexican in Western, Hyderabadi, South Indian, Punjabi, Awadhi, Gujarati and Maharashtrian in Indian, Cambodian, Thai and Vietnamese in South Asian along with Detox, Wellness, Delight, Allergen and Vegan styles of cuisines.
