Hotelier India Awards 2019 recognises hospitality’s Women of Substance

Not long before, women were not considered a good proposition for the male-dominated hospitality industry. Traditionally an all-male bastion, except for the few odd jobs, the hospitality world is now welcoming more and more women, realising the their potential more than ever before; steadily gaining traction as the “go-to industry” for women. Many of the hotels have taken it up on themselves to fill the dearth women and groom them to take charges as GMs or acquire a leadership role in development functions, HR, loyalty, spa etc.

Hotelier India Awards salutes the women of hospitality industry who keeps on adding the ‘grace’ factor and never got bogged down by challenges and without whom the hospitality would have remained incomplete.
