A seasoned luxury food and beverage leader with over 17 years of experience, Ms. Cindrella most recently served as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. She has previously worked with leading global hospitality brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt Hotel & Residences and Sofitel, Mumbai, BKC, where she played a key role in driving operational excellence, F&B strategy, and guest-centric innovation. She is also recognized for her strong pre-opening expertise.
Driving culinary vision at Conrad Pune
At Conrad Pune, Cindrella will be responsible for leading the hotel’s culinary vision, enhancing guest engagement across restaurants, bars and banqueting, along with aligning the property’s F&B strategy with Conrad’s global luxury brand standards while maintaining a strong sense of local relevance and experiential focus.
