Grand Hyatt Mumbai announce the promotion of Anirban Sarkar as Food and Beverages Manager, effective October 1, 2025.

A Year of Impact and Operational Excellence

Anirban joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai in August 2024, bringing with him a strong operational foundation and a passion for elevating guest experiences. Over the past year, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Food & Beverage function through his meticulous attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and ability to inspire high performance across teams. His contribution has been instrumental in improving service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving consistency across restaurant and event operations.

Expanding Responsibilities and Strategic Focus

With this promotion, Anirban will lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage strategy, overseeing all restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, guest experience initiatives, and team development programs.

His focus will include elevating culinary presentation standards, strengthening quality controls, enhancing colleague capabilities, and driving innovative dining experiences that reflect the hotel’s evolving vision and guest expectations. He will also work closely with the culinary and operations leadership to ensure seamless alignment between concept, execution, and service excellence.
