Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore announces the appointment of Michael Bikash Gomes as its new Human Resources Manager. In his new role, Michael will oversee the complete HR lifecycle at the hotel — spanning recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Michael brings a wealth of experience from his nine-year tenure in the hospitality industry. He most recently served at Hyatt Place Hampi, where he successfully managed HR functions and implemented the Hyatt People Philosophy. His expertise in HR policy development, employee engagement, and labor law compliance makes him a valuable addition to the team.
