With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Sheetal has worked with well-known hotel brands such as Club Mahindra, Ramada by Wyndham, Fern Hotels and Clarks-Inn Suites. Her experience covers key HR areas including recruitment, training, employee engagement and policy development, all essential to building strong, service-driven teams.
