This International Yoga Day, The Den Bengaluru is taking wellness to a joyful and positive new level by hosting a heartwarming puppy yoga session in collaboration with Pawga, India’s first pet yoga brand.
A morning of mindfulness and playful paws
On June 21st, guests are invited to start their morning with intention and joy as they stretch, unwind, and reconnect on The Den’s serene rooftop outdoor terrace, all in the delightful company of playful puppies. This unique initiative not only embraces the global spirit of wellness but also stands out as a purpose-driven, trendsetting experience for the city.
Supporting shelter animals through yoga
Pawga, founded in 2020, brings together the joy of yoga with the mission of supporting shelter animals. The puppies joining this session are from Charlie’s Animal Rescue Centre (CARE) in Bengaluru. These playful pups not only bring joy to participants but also get a chance to socialize, making it easier for them to find loving forever homes. The event also contributes to fundraising efforts for the shelter.
Gentle yoga, joyful vibes
The yoga session is designed to be beginner-friendly and focuses on mindfulness and gentle movement, all guided by a certified yoga instructor. While guests won’t be lifting the puppies or directly involving them in poses, the animals freely roam the space, creating a peaceful and joyful environment that eases stress and anxiety.
Signature wellness and hospitality
To enhance the experience, The Den Bengaluru will offer healthy juices and treats as part of their signature hospitality. This initiative reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest wellness while also building meaningful community engagement.
