Holiday Inn Chennai IT OMR Expressway announced the appointment of the Food & Beverage Manager

With over a decade of experience, Shaik Gayasuddin’s hospitality journey includes some Indian and International names like Mayfair Hotels and Resorts, Ramee Hotels and Resorts LTD, Muscat, OMAN, Accor group, and Marriott Hotels and Resorts.

In this current role, He will spearhead all food and beverage operations including restaurant, Bar, In-room dining, banquets, and meeting rooms. He will take care of Menu, problem resolution, revenue management, staff management, operation management, and event curation.

Shaik Gayasuddin was recognized as the youngest food and beverage manager of the year 2015 in ITC fortune select grand ridge and also he hosted the honourable governor of Orissa. On the Educational front, he holds a 3 years Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
