Rahul has been in the hospitality industry for two decades and has extensively worked with Brands Like Movenpick, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Royal Meridien, Sahara Star to name a few. Four Points by Sheraton Vashi was his Last assignment, where he was the Director of Operations.
A highly focused and experienced leader, Rahul is instrumental in managing the overall hospitality aspects ensuring complete customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, strategically improving revenues and achieving goals. With over 12 Years of Sales, Marketing & Revenue experience Rahul is excellent in driving numbers which gives him an edge in his new role. He began his career as Sales Executive at Kohinoor Hotel Mumbai and Worked his way up in becoming Sales Manager at Sahara Star Hotel Mumbai post which he moved at Le Royal Meridien Mumbai as Asst Director of Sales followed Asst Sales Director at Movenpick and again at Sahara Star Hotel Mumbai as a Head of Sales.
With his eternal passion, progressive attitude, and his ultimate purpose of ensuring a holistic approach, he advanced as Director of Sales & Marketing at Four Points by Sheraton Vashi and eventually elevated as Director of Operations for Four Points by Sheraton Vashi. This property was also the first Marriott (Formerly Starwood) Property Launched in Navi Mumbai.
Rahul’s expertise lies in understanding the economics of Navi Mumbai; creating relationships, building a core team and establishing trust and market positioning of organizations.
His perseverance and excellence has garnered various awards and accolades including being recognized as the ‘Best Associate of the Year’ at Sahara Star.Rahul has been in Top 5 list two times as , Sales & Revenue Person of the year 2017 and 2018 by Hotelier India.
Under his leadership, various properties won quarterly awards for ‘Highest Staff Service’ and ‘Highest Elite Appreciation’
An eternal optimist with a mantra of ‘hiring better than yourself and training more than you were trained’, he believes in enriching the professional and personal front equally. In his forthcoming role, Rahul will be responsible for leading the overall operations and management of the hotel & Setting up Paramount stays which would be focused on getting Collection of Villas & Mansion on Board for Vacation Rentals. He will also be functioning in the capacity of a tactical & strategic business leader for the hotel and expanding the Brand.
A Mumbai Resident, Rahul has completed his Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University and Post-Graduation in Event Management followed by Masters in Management Studies
Rahul is very passionate about reading management and leadership books. In times of leisure, he enjoys catching up with new trend and news, listening to music.
