Bringing more than two decades of experience in finance, and accounting activities, Siddhartha Mehendale will be a key stakeholder in the progressive leadership team of the hotel. Siddartha has a passion for revenue growth and a steadfast commitment to excellence, alongside his ability to serve as a catalyst for creating new business opportunities as well as overcoming regulatory barriers. Siddhartha comes with a diverse professional experience from both national and international sphere in the hospitality industry, with his last assignment being in Doha.
Vootapalli Ramanaprasad
With over two and a half decades of rich Talent & Culture management experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry, Vootapalli Ramanaprasad will be responsible for the overall welfare and growth of the entire team in the hotel. Vootapalli comes with a diverse enriching hospitality experience across brands including Accor, Marriott International, Gitam Deemed University and Wockhardt Super Speciality Hospitals. His last assignment was at the GITAM Deemed University, as a Deputy Director-Human Resource.
Rahul Mishra
With approximately more than decade and a half of experience in sales and marketing, Rahul Mishra joins as Director of Sales & Marketing. He will be solely responsible for driving the business growth of the hotel along with working towards consolidating Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences brand positioning and visibility in regional and national market. Rahul comes with an enriching eighteen years’ of experience in upscale and luxury brands, like Marriott International, IHG and The Lalit Suri Group. His last assignment was with JW Marriott Kolkata. He is excited to start a new journey with the Accor family.
Speaking on the new additions to the senior leadership team of the hotel, General Manager Arjun Kaggallu said, “We are extremely happy to have all three senior leaders on board.
