Jaiveer Singh Rathore brings with him over 16 years of experience in corporate experience in HR, with a deep-rooted experience in developing, recommending and implementing Human Resource strategies with complete accountability of goal setting, leadership development, manpower and staffing.
In his recent assignments, he was associated with the Accor group of hotels for more than nine years which includes ibis Jaipur, Novotel Kolkata, Novotel Guwahati, ibis New Delhi Aerocity and recently Fairmont Jaipur. Last, he was heading Human Resources function of multiple Peerless group of Hotels as Corporate General Manager – Human Resources.
He completed his graduation in Bachelors of Commerce and Dual Masters in Commerce (Business Administration and Economical & Financial Management) from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and Post-Graduation in Labor Law, is a travel enthusiast and loves playing cricket and badminton.
