Training Programs and Local Placement
To meet the growing industry demand and unlock local potential, the centre will offer training to 500+ youth over the next three years. Programs include core hospitality functions such as Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, and Front Office.
The Skill Centre is a multi-partner collaboration: the Government of Uttarakhand provides funding, facility, and infrastructure support; Tata STRIVE serves as the implementation partner; Setu Ayog undertakes program coordination; and IHCL acts as the knowledge partner. The centre emphasizes placement in local hotels, creating opportunities for sustainable employment.
