Hilton named India’s #1 Great Place to Work

Marking Hilton's second consecutive recognition as India's #1 company to work for by ‘Great Place to Work’

Hilton India has been recognised—for the second consecutive year—as India’s #1 company to work for by ‘Great Place to Work’, the renowned global research and consulting firm. This recognition followed a stringent process that surveyed more than five million employees from over 1,750 organisations and validated Hilton’s commitment to creating a best-in-class workplace environment that fosters pride, meaningful connections, and flexibility. Hilton is the only hospitality brand in India to be ranked No 1 for two years in a row. Key winning areas that earned Hilton this prestigious recognition include fostering diversity and equity, creating a positive work environment for employees, and cultivating pride in the company’s values and vision. The award ceremony, attended by top industry executives from India’s leading organisations, took place in Mumbai last night.

Every year, Great Place to Work® identifies India’s 100 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ through a rigorous workplace culture assessment process, evaluating vital aspects of the company’s culture such as credibility, pride, respect, camaraderie, and fairness. In November 2023, Hilton earned accolades for its exceptional workplace culture, securing the #1 spot as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place To Work, a recognition that was the culmination of eight consecutive appearances on the ‘World’s Best’ list.

Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President and Country Head, India, Hilton, said, “It’s a great honour to be named India’s #1 Best Companies to Work for 2024 for the second consecutive year. We are deeply grateful to all members of the Hilton India team, who bring their passion each day to work and deliver outstanding hospitality experiences for our guests.”

People have always been the bedrock of our success, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, and it is their dedication that sets us apart. I am incredibly grateful to have such an amazing team by my side, and this award reflects our commitment of building an equitable and a fully human experience at work for our people to help them thrive every day.”
