Imagine the perfect escape: the sound of waves gently crashing, a stunning sunset painting the sky, and dishes that redefine Modern Indian cuisine. All this awaits at Farzi Beach, this picturesque destination has opened its doors in the lively neighbourhood of Morjim at Mayfair on the Sea Goa, and offers a unique escape with its expansive 2000 sq ft space featuring a vast beachside view, a private beach, a poolside view, and a sprawling deck.

Zorawar Kalra’s vision comes to life

After redefining dining with brands like Masala Library, Pa Pa Ya, and Made in Punjab, Zorawar Kalra now brings Farzi Beach to Goa. The brand, launched in 2014, is known for its “illusionary” twist; blending traditional Indian flavors with global influences. At its new coastal home, the menu goes beyond Indian cuisine, weaving in Italian and Pan-Asian tastes, creating a vibrant spot for those who love innovation on their plate.

Celebrating 10 years with the ‘Farzi Journey’

Farzi successfully completes 10 years and presents an exclusive 8-course tasting menu—The Farzi Journey, curated by Zorawar’s signature “Farzified” twist to Goa’s relaxed beach vibe. The menu offers a delectable mix of Modern Indian and Goan flavors, each dish infused with that distinct Farzi flair.

Farzi Beach serves up playful twists on classics; think Farzified Tempura Prawns with lemon-chilli foam, Daal Chawal Arancini with papad and salsa, or an inside-out Vada Pav with mint saunth chutney. Spice lovers can dig into fiery Guntur Chilli Chicken or savor the rich Boti Kebab with mint paratha. For a unique bite, there’s even a vegan take on the classic Lucknowi Kebab.

Cocktails with a Goan twist

To pair with the food, Farzi Beach offers a lineup of signature cocktails that are just as inventive. The Chuski Margarita blends tequila with aam panna, lemon juice, and kaffir lime for a tangy twist. The Goan Mule reimagines the classic mule with feni, lime, and ginger beer, while the Kokum Collins is light, fruity, and perfectly suited for the Goan vibe. For coffee enthusiasts, the Coffee House cocktail combines espresso, orange-infused whisky, Irish orgeat, and coffee liqueur for a rich finish.

Every dish and drink here tells a story, making Farzi Beach an experience of bold flavors, quirky reinventions, and scenic coastal charm. To wrap it all up, indulge in the Ras Malai Tres Leches or the delicate Coconut Malai Sandwich, soaked in coconut and kaffir lime milk; a sweet ending to a menu that balances tradition with innovation.

Ambience that completes the experience

The experience at Farzi Beach goes beyond food and drinks; the ambiance captivates from the moment you step in. Warm light from elegant ceiling lamps creates an inviting glow, while soft beige and white tones lend a clean, refined aesthetic. Wooden chairs add an earthy charm, and a wavy plaid curtain brings a cozy, stylish touch. Low seating encourages relaxation, and just behind the bar, the shimmering pool adds a serene, calming backdrop; perfectly complementing the coastal dining experience.
