Deewan Singh Dhami is Food and Beverage Director at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

He will helm the entire operations across the hotel’s Food and Beverage outlets, lounges, bars, banquet events and food delivery services, with a focus on elevating guest experiences

Deewan Singh Dhami has been appointed as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. He will be responsible for helming the entire operations across the hotel’s distinguished vibrant food and beverage outlets, lounges, bars, banquet events as well as food delivery services, with a focus on elevating guest experiences.

Deewan brings over 14 years of professional expertise in the hospitality industry, having started his career and grown up the ranks at Hyatt Regency Delhi, converting strategic vision into measurable results. In his last role, he was the Assistant Director Food and Beverage at Hyatt Regency Delhi.

Commenting on his appointment, Rahul Puri, Multi Property General Manager for The Westin Gurgaon and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa said, “Deewan brings with him deep rooted understanding of the evolving trends in the hospitality and food and beverage segment. Besides leading the team with strategic guidance and maintaining the coveted position the hotel enjoys on the city’s culinary landscape, he looks forward to further enhance and strengthen the hotel’s dynamic food and beverage operations. On the personal front, he is an avid traveler who loves to explore local cuisines and culture.
