Rajneesh Kumar is all set to embark on a new and exciting journey from Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he held the position of General Manager since March 2018. In his current role as the General Manager of the soon-to-launch Courtyard by Marriott Faridabad, Aravalli Resort, Rajneesh will take on an all-encompassing role, and will be responsible for the hotel’s overall performance in addition to front-lining all conversations.
Throughout his association with Marriott International, Rajneesh has climbed the corporate ladder and has held various positions like Restaurant Operations Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Director Food and Beverage, and Director of Operations before becoming a General Manager. He has been a part of 6 pre-opening properties for Marriott International in India.
He is an avid learner and currently pursuing his Post Graduation certification in Advanced General Management from IIM Shillong. At leisure, Rajneesh enjoys his time reading and connecting with people through social platforms. Rajneesh attributes his success to his wife Pallavi and mother Gita for their unconditional and dedicated support throughout his career.
